An Intentional Approach to Leadership and Team Development
My work is shaped by my prior experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development working in large, matrixed global organizations across industries including health care management, medical devices, and hospitality. I’ve worked with frontline and back-of-house teams, new and emerging leaders, and senior executives. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how differently change is felt at each level of an organization, and how important it is to adapt the work so it resonates while still being clear and practical.
Because of this background, I’m comfortable working across roles and levels, and I’m attuned to group dynamics. This flexibility allows the work to feel relevant and meaningful for the people involved, supporting meaningful conversations and more effective collaboration.
My background in organizational development and instructional design shapes how these workshops are built and delivered. Each engagement is designed around clear outcomes - whether that’s improving communication across departments, supporting new and emerging leaders as they build trust, or helping teams collaborate more effectively during periods of change.
Together, we identify what needs to shift, what success looks like, and how the work will carry forward. Workshops often become part of a broader, tailored development plan that may include follow-up coaching, leadership development support, or continued access to my expertise. This ensures the work doesn’t end when the session does—it stays connected to real goals, meaningful behavior change, and the day-to-day realities of the organization. Many times, there is a natural progression to continue working together on an individual coaching basis.

The workshop helps teams understand communication styles while building collaboration, emotional intelligence, and confidence leading through change.
Designed as a highly experiential session, CONNECT creates space for teams to reflect, engage, and practice new ways of working together—without forced vulnerability or corporate jargon.
