MY ENGAGEMENT EXPERTISE
Engagement has been at the heart of my work for 25 years. I worked extensively with Gallup’s Q12 framework, leading focus groups, interpreting survey data, and building action plans that improved retention and performance with leading Fortune 200 companies. I’ve also partnered with leaders to design custom KPIs and engagement strategies that uncovered business challenges.
What I’ve learned is that engagement isn’t about surveys or metrics alone. It’s about turning insights into meaningful action. That’s where my offerings come in. The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal research-backed assessment tool. The ELI measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. You will complete the 20 minute assessment and then I will conduct a 60 minute debrief with you on the results which will be the basis for our coaching work together.
There are no limits to the potential growth that you can achieve. Once you realize that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions, you can move from functioning effectively, to functioning optimally. You will walk away with greater awareness of who you are, your level of engagement with the world, your energetic reaction to stress and what the 7 levels of leadership are during our debrief process. Finally, I will make recommendations on a coaching action plan for our work together based on the assessment findings.
