Corporate Workshop

This is a workshop version of the coaching program offered that includes resilience skill building and activities offered as a unique training opportunity for your organization.  Employee stress still remains a critical concern for employers due to its high cost of absenteeism, turnover and decreased productivity.  

Through this program, employees will gain a new understanding of resilience as a core skill set which will empower them to proactively tackle stress and self-awareness through fun and engaging exercises, understand their stress response and learn practical tools to implement right away.
