ABOUT JENNIFER

Hello, I’m Jennifer

My work is shaped by more than 20 years in human resources and organizational development leadership roles across Fortune 200 organizations within the healthcare management, medical devices, and hospitality industries.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed and led leadership development programs, organizational development strategies, executive coaching initiatives, and customized learning experiences that support engagement, retention, and sustainable performance. This includes work within large, complex environments where leadership effectiveness directly impacts culture and results.

I’ve worked closely with new and emerging managers as well as senior leaders, supporting them through large scale change initiatives, complexity, decision-making, and performance.

I bring a strong instructional design lens to everything I create. Coaching, workshops, and leadership programs are intentionally structured, practical, and designed for real-world application. The goal is meaningful behavior change over time, not just insight in the moment.

Every person is a leader; of themselves, their choices, and the impact they make. Self-leadership is where resilience begins

In addition to my professional experience, my perspective has been shaped by navigating extended seasons of personal and professional change. These experiences reinforced what I had already observed in organizations: change rarely happens one event at a time, and capacity is often depleted when transition accumulates without space to integrate what has already occurred.

This understanding informs how I approach resilience, leadership, and rebuilding after disruption. This work is shaped by professional practice and thoughtful design, focused on how people actually experience change over time.

“We’re all on a unique life journey - and while we can’t always control the waves, we can choose how we respond to them.”

When I’m not coaching, you can find me soaking in the calm of the ocean, finding inspiration in nature, or creating space - both literally and metaphorically - for what matters most.
