This work often involves cumulative life disruption, where changes overlap rather than resolve cleanly. WHAT IS CUMULATIVE LIFE DISRUPTION?
This is a period of time where an individual experiences multiple life changes or events that overlap or happen in succession without a clear pause to recover. They may include personal loss, career shifts, leadership pressure, family transitions, health challenges, or prolonged uncertainty happening. Individually, each change may be manageable. Collectively, they can quietly erode clarity, energy, and confidence even for capable, high-functioning people.
