CONNECT is an interactive team-building and communication workshop that introduces a four-currents model of human energy rooted in psychological type theory inspired by the work of Carl Jung.

WHAT IS CONNECT?

CONNECT is a unique, research-informed workshop that is inspired by the work of Carl Jung built on psychology type theory and designed to improve communication, collaboration, and trust at work. Using the Four Currents of Energy, participants learn how different strengths and communication styles show up under pressure, and how greater self-awareness leads to stronger relationships and better team dynamics.

Designed as a highly experiential session, CONNECT creates space for teams to reflect, engage, and practice new ways of working together using a simple four energy coded model to depict personality type.

The workshop helps teams understand communication styles while building collaboration, emotional intelligence, and confidence leading through change.

WHAT ARE THE FOUR CURRENTS OF ENERGY™?

The 4 Currents framework draws from Jung’s theory of psychological types and translates it into accessible, observable energy patterns.

Each person tends to favor one dominant current, while still having access to all four.

The currents reflect differences in:

  • Where we direct our energy

  • How we make decisions

  • What we prioritize

  • How we respond under pressure

This isn’t about labeling people.
It’s about increasing awareness and expanding behavioral flexibility.

After the program participants will:

  • Understand their individual communication styles and how they show up under pressure

  • Strengthen collaboration across teams

  • Build awareness of emotional intelligence in day-to-day interactions

  • Improve trust, clarity, and effectiveness within team
